The difference of polylysine and polylysine.HCL
EPL is Epsilon Polylysine EPL HCL is Epsilon Polylysine HCL.
- EPL and EPL.HCL have different CAS: EPL CAS:25104-18-1 EPL.HCL CAS:28211-04-03
- EPL only have light yellow,but EPL.HCL has two colors:light yellow and white,normal our is white.
- the PH of EPL is 7.5-9.5,but EPL. HCL is 2.5-5.5 on picture left, so their effects will be better in corresponding PH of end-product.
- So some company use EPL. HCL as EPL,because of the same color,different cas. But you can test the PH for identify.
- EPL is highly hygroscopic and easy to agglomerate, but it does not affect its use (just smash or crush it).The EPL.HCL not.
